"In recent years, GEWA has built up a new manufacturing facility for string instruments. A specially developed structure and process organisation, ultra-modern, computer-controlled CNC machines create a basis for this production that sets a new standard worldwide; processing, finishing and precision meet the highest demands for each instrument. In addition, only European tonewoods are used, the quality of which ensures outstanding tonal characteristics.
The perfect "white instrument" is hand varnished by specially trained luthiers, that has never before existed in this price range. All the features of this exceptional instrument series lead to a sound reproduction that redefines this price segment.
The Ideale violin is available as a basic instrument, equipped with tuning,
prepared bridge and upper saddle, as well as fingerboard, pegs and chinrest made of ebony
