PROFESSIONAL LINE NEW CENTURY Doubletop
With the NEW CENTURY model we have developed another modern guitar – designed for the individual requirements and needs of our guitar players. Based on our HE-Doubletop model and on our experiences with domestic thermally modified wood. Double back made of thermally modified chequers tree/carbon for very full sound with good sustain and especially good projection in larger rooms. Bridge made from thermally modified chequers tree for improved attack and a bigger dynamic. The soundboard is covered with an insensitive „natural“-sealing (varnish/wax) for very similar tonal qualities to shellac.
The „elevated fingerboard construction“ sets new standards. It makes playing higher notes much easier and the „sound port“ provides better self-perception. Our new bridges decrease both weight and damping other than rosewood. The arm rest provides more comfort while playing.
